Return Policy

We want you to love your binder - plain and simple! If you don't, returns are accepted within 30 days of your order for a full refund of the purchase price. Just send us an email at hello@beyondthebankbinders.com and we'll be in touch with information on how to complete the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipping costs (including optional insurance) are your responsibility. Returned binders should be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us before shipping any returns.
